Glenn is a Senior Leadership Executive with International Schools Services (ISS) based out of London, Ontario, Canada.

Dr. Glenn Odland is a veteran international educator, leader and speaker. He has led schools in both Canada and Singapore, served as a Managing Director in India and presented at conferences around the world. His current roles include Senior Leadership Executive with International Schools Services (ISS), Adjunct Professor and IB Educator Certificate (IBEC) Program Manager, Academic at Western University in London, Ontario and finally IBEC Consultant for the IB Americas region. His workshops and presentations focus specifically on leadership and governance topics. He holds an Ed.D. from Seton Hall University in Educational Leadership, Management and Policy.
